Zapote and banana smoothie recipe
This is a delicious smoothie made with zapote, banana and rum. Zapote is an exotic fruit from México. It's one of the favorite fruits to eat in this country because of its characteristic flavor.

- 3 Black zapotes
- 2 Bananas
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Rum (You can use brandy)
Peel the zapotes and strain them.
Blend the zapote with the banana, milk, sugar and rum.
- You can also put the smoothie in the fridge and serve cold.
